Measuring Delivered Value: Is it an unachievable snipe hunt or can it really be done?

The Lean community has gotten pretty good at understanding a number of dimensions of measurement. However, there is one critical (perhaps the most critical) dimension whose measurement has eluded us... delivered value. This talk presents a framework for indicating whether or not you've built-the-right-thing. It describes how you can instrument your product to get information about user behavior, various ways to analyze that data, and even how to do build a product decision-making regimen from it. It covers topics like  A/B testing, user path escalation, and finding your sticky customers.
