Striking a Different Bargain - The Economics and Risk of Kanban

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

When an organization begins a Kanban initiative, an Agile transformation, or another type of improvement, an exchange of knowledge takes place.  This exchange of knowledge often takes the form of consulting, training, and coaching.  This session will explore the economics and risks of this exchange.  We’ll consider stories, told by real-world Kanban practitioners, when the benefits turned out disproportionately large relative to the investment – and when the opposite happened.  We’ll explore the forces that led to such outcomes.  This session is for coaches, consultants, trainers and organizations seeking their advice and services, to help them design healthier, less risky, more beneficial engagements.
